They said my performance was great, but they were actually looking for someone junior. I guess that's my job security right there. I had a feeling I wouldn't get it, you know, just from how they were acting. It's annoying to do so many interviews, feels like such a waste of time.

The interview had two parts: a panel interview and a written test. I was interviewing for a position I was not qualified for, and as a recent college grad, I was very intimidated. The interviewers were patient but direct. By question 3, I knew I was in way over my head, but nobody made me regret applying. I finished the interview but then I backed out of the written portion to save my time. Two of the interviewers kindly reached out and acknowledged that I was nervous, but they saw promise and encouraged me to keep looking for a job. Overall a great experience.
