The whole thing took about 2 weeks from applying to getting the offer, but I was on vacation for a week in the middle, so it was more like 4 weeks total. I applied online and they got back to me pretty fast. I had a recruiter call, then a phone interview, a video call, and finally an onsite interview. They were super flexible with my vacation and tried to fit in as much as they could before I left. When I got back, I had the onsite. Everyone was really nice and welcoming, not intimidating at all. The questions were a mix of asking about my past experiences, how I tackle problems, and some more hands-on execution questions. Nothing tricky or like a puzzle. They were all super upfront and honest, which helped me get a clear picture of the job's challenges. I got the offer the very next day, super fast!

I applied online and heard back within a few days. The hiring manager was super nice and worked with my schedule for a 30-minute phone interview. After that, I was invited to the office to meet the team for more interviews. There was a second in-person round where I met with the senior director and more of the marketing folks. Honestly, the whole thing was great. I was really impressed with how smooth and fun each part was. I always knew what to expect: when, where, and who was interviewing me. No surprises or weirdness. It felt more like a chat than an interrogation, with a good mix of getting to know my personality and skills. Seeing the interviewers excited about POPSUGAR or the internship made me even more keen. The manager kept me updated on the timeline for their decision and explained everything clearly after each interview. About a month later, I got a call with an offer.

I was contacted quickly to set up a preliminary phone interview. I gave time frames on when I was available, the time was confirmed, yet the hiring manager managed to call me 25 minutes after (when I was basically no longer available). We set up another time to talk the following business day and yet again, he was late calling me, which ironically pushed back his time to talk to me and limited us to 5 minutes.
