First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Popeyes.
Shift Leader
I had one interview, in person, and it lasted about 20 minutes. We started with introductions and I talked a bit about my interests outside of work. The interviewer was nice, and I got the job the following week. It seems like a good place with good food, and they really care about safety.
- Do you have experience in the service industry?
Shift Leader
It was a short, virtual interview with three people. They didn't ask too many questions, it was more of a conversation. They're looking for pretty much anyone with interest, grit, honesty, and authority, but also someone who can make a schedule with New York State guidelines.
- What is it about this position that most excites you?
Shift Manager
The interview was short, quick, and cordially done. The interviewer mentioned she needed to speak with Tonya and would call me back. I haven't received a response yet, despite calling and leaving texts and voicemails.
- Could you explain why you left your last job?
- What were your previous earnings and what is your availability like?
- Regarding your pay rate, availability, and why you left your previous role, can you elaborate?
