It was a one on one interview. They asked generic questions about children and being a TSS. There were a few easy scenario questions. They also had me write about my ideal weekend to check my writing skills. It was a relaxed interview and I dressed business casual. They went over my resume. They mentioned that everyone starts part-time for the first 90 days.

Great interview experience! I was really impressed by the interviewer, the company itself, and the facilities. This company is all about the clients and empowering them. They have everything a client needs to be successful all under one roof. Training seems to be a big focus, and they really support employees in growing professionally. It was very impressive.

I sent in my application online, and then the Head Administrator for my county reached out. We arranged a time to chat about the job. After our chat, we booked an interview. The interview was about an hour, done online, and they asked questions to see if I was the best fit for the role and related to the job.

The interviewer was super thorough and really sold the job to me with tons of enthusiasm and knowledge. I felt really comfortable and like I'd get good support, even though this would be my first time working with kids. And they were really quick with the offer too.
