The interview process started off well and was generally a good experience. The recruiter was really professional in setting things up, and even the front desk was welcoming, offering a drink in their nice office. I met with Jordon Rooney, who was new to his role and trying to improve the company's marketing. He asked me to come up with some caption ideas for a video concept. I was supposed to provide one caption, but I gave him a list of options by the deadline. I really put thought into it, and honestly, I expected better communication, like a simple email saying I wasn't moving forward, especially after I invested time in the project. I followed up a few times via email, asking for feedback on my work, but never heard back. It's just basic courtesy to let someone know, after they've dressed up, traveled, interviewed, and done tasks, even if it's just a quick message.

Applied online and got an interview invite about 3 weeks later. The company seems youthful and prioritizes personality fit over specific qualifications. The HR manager was efficient, kind, and direct, which I appreciated. However, the unit manager seemed disengaged and offered a limp handshake, which was unimpressive. They do communicate rejections, so you won't be left wondering.

Got a heads-up I got an interview a couple of weeks after sending in my application. The interview was online and pretty chill. Honestly, it didn't seem like they were super keen on getting to know me, just a few super basic questions. It wrapped up in under 20 minutes, felt kind of rushed.

I had a brief chat with management. The conversation wasn't really about my job skills, but it was pretty chill and friendly. We talked about my hobbies and stuff like that, which made it feel relaxed. We also discussed a new office space they were considering. The people were nice.
