I had an initial online interview (Teams), then an in-person interview with several senior staff members. Then a subsequent phone call with another senior staff member who couldn't make the in-person meeting. Even though it seemed like a good meeting, I was ghosted by Pond & Co. I tried several times via phone and email to contact some of the people I met with for updates or feedback, but they wouldn't return my calls or communications. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

So basically, there are 4 stages to the interview process. First, a recruiter gives you a call to screen you. Then, you have a small panel interview with the hiring manager. After that, you'll interview with a Director or VP. Finally, there's an in-person meet and greet or panel with more team members.

Get ready, there are 3 interview rounds. It started with a phone interview, then a virtual interview, and finally an in-person interview. I made sure to know their salary range. I had already talked to HR about my salary range. I was still put through the interviews though. I even got a congratulatory call saying I would get an offer. But then they asked about my salary range again and ghosted me completely. So unprofessional and a total waste of time for both of us.

It was a professional and courteous process. They really dug into my experience and specific projects I've worked on. They also reviewed my education, qualifications, technical certifications, and past performance. The interview included a tour of the facility and introductions to many of the employees. It helped set a positive tone for the visit and interview.
