I interviewed with a group of people, including leads, managers, and HR. The interview process for this role was quite lengthy and involved multiple stages. It started with an HR interview, then a meeting with the Director of Production. After that, I met with the three team leads from the first shift, and finally, the team lead from the night shift. While the interviews felt a bit structured, the questions were fair. A recurring theme was the emphasis on continuous learning of new processes, which turned out to be misleading as I was assigned to a specific product with no foreseeable change, and many colleagues seemed to be experiencing the same routine, leading to boredom. The entire interview process took about 2-3 hours and ended with an offer. I thought it could have been more efficient, especially since I had clearly stated my disinterest in night shifts, yet I still had to interview with the night shift supervisor who wanted to know if I'd be open to working that shift.

Initial screening, then an exam: no response for 6 months. They called me back to ask for my availability and explained that I had actually passed their evaluation and it would remain valid for another year. They warned me they would re-contact me to restart a recruitment process. Ok... Then, no more news.. I hope they pay more attention to their employees once recruited (spoiler: don't check online). Anyway, thanks for all this consideration.
