Sales Manager
El proceso de selección tarda entre 1 y 2 meses en completarse. Ellos gestionan todo el proceso internamente, sin externalizarlo a headhunters. En mi caso, hubo 4 entrevistas antes de que me hicieran una oferta.
- What are your knowledge areas in sales?
- What are your knowledge areas in financial mathematics?
- What are your knowledge areas in English?
General Manager
Had a phone interview with the hiring manager, it was pretty short, maybe 15 minutes. Then I had an on-site interview with the hiring manager, and a second on-site interview with the hiring manager. The on-site interviews were long, over an hour, but mostly just chatting.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your past work experiences?
Marketing Intern
The interview process was very smooth and the two ladies interviewing me were some of the coolest corporate women I've met. It was lighthearted and I felt very comfortable in the interview. I did not receive an offer but they were so kind to hand my resume off to someone else which I now have an interview with this week.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Engineer
I went through a contract with a hiring agency the local branch was using. The manager was quick to schedule the meeting. The meeting was about 30 minutes and included a walkthrough of the office and shop. The manager explained the role well and how starting the position would look. He asked questions about my education and experience and how they might fit in with the role. Afterward, it only took one day to hear back with an offer.
- Tell me about your experience with AutoCAD.
