I sent in my application online and heard back from a recruiter about a week later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty laid-back, just talking about my resume and what I've done. Later that day, I was told I advanced to the next stage, which was a phone chat with the VP overseeing the internship project. That went well, and then the recruiter contacted me to arrange an in-person interview with the manager in charge and a team member. The only downside was waiting about two weeks to find out how it went, but ultimately I got the offer!

So, the interview started with HR introducing the position and the company, which was pretty standard. Then they asked me some basic personality questions, like how I handled a tough task or why I liked a particular subject. They were also really interested in my past projects and what I did on them. I was told that if I did well, I'd have a 1-2 hour panel interview with senior management. I felt pretty good about my answers, but a few days later, I got a rejection email from HR. Good luck in the future, they said.

The interview process was okay. The HR person was pretty good, but the overall vibe of the place wasn't for me. Maybe it's just not the right fit for my kind of work. The working conditions for the intern role are alright.
