It was a brief, about 15-minute chat. It felt more like a conversation than an interview, with the interviewer doing most of the talking about their own experiences. They mentioned the school is new and that most of its classrooms are full. I noticed the teachers seemed professional and were dressed nicely.

The hiring process was really smooth, and I got hired pretty fast. The person interviewing me seemed nice. Most of the paperwork was done online. They were clear about the pay and the hours. The office is in a good spot and the other teachers seemed friendly. Some of the staff have been there a long time.
