First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Polestar Performance.
Project Manager
The first interview was a Teams call with the line manager and a department manager. The second interview was in-person with the line manager. It was very straightforward and they were looking for the right personality.
- Can you share something about yourself that isn't mentioned on your resume?
Finance Business Controlling Intern
There were 2 interviews in total: first one with HR about basic behavioral questions, second one with the business controller about accounting-related questions (also behavioral questions). You also have to go through an Excel assessment.
- In what ways would your peers describe you?
Communications Manager
The interview process was pretty standard and they made sure to keep me in the loop with updates. I didn't get the job in the end, but I did appreciate the personal touch they had when giving me feedback.
- Can you walk me through your career path and what your future goals are?
Business Analyst
It was a pretty straightforward and typical interview process. It was all behavioral questions, like 'tell me about a time when...' However, after going through multiple rounds, they ghosted me, which is really unprofessional. I had a mediocre experience, and I'd advise others interviewing here to be aware that they sometimes just ghost candidates after several interviews.
- How would you handle a specific business-related question?
