The interview process began with an initial phone chat with the HR manager. After that, an assistant coordinated all subsequent interviews. The core of the interview process consisted of four one-hour sessions, running from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. There were no breaks for lunch, so I made sure to eat a big breakfast beforehand. Overall, the interviews felt pretty informal. They were interested in hearing about my upbringing, likely to understand my history with Polaris products or other motorsports.

They had a weird HR process. I got to the first round and was rejected. Then, about three months later, they called me back saying I might be their best candidate. They brought me back for a final interview. After three weeks and the manager emailing me that he was having trouble deciding, they decided not to extend an offer.

It was pretty messy. Started with an HR screener, then a week later I met with five managers all in one day, and then the VP. It took a while, but they made an offer fast after the interviews.
