It started with a phone call to go over my resume. Then, there was a video call where we had a brief chat about the role and my past experiences. They primarily wanted to see if I could communicate well, adapt to the work, and get along with people.

it's easy, first there's an interview via Teams with supervisors and leaders, and if you pass that, you do a second one where HR gives you the terms.

I had a great first interview which led me straight to my second interview. That also went really well, and I was expecting a third interview the following week. It's been over a month now, and I haven't heard back about a third round. I emailed the interviewer and found out the HR department is completely disorganized. In the meantime, I accepted a different internship, so I'm not going to pursue this one anymore.
