The hiring process moved pretty fast. I applied after seeing an ad and a recruiter reached out about my resume. They were cool about my schedule since I was relocating and still working my old job, making it tough to find interview time. When I finally got to the first interview, it was a good experience overall. Many of my prepared questions got answered, though I thought of more later. I got invited back for a second interview, which answered pretty much all my remaining questions about the role. Everyone I met was friendly and approachable, making me feel like I'd fit in with the company culture. I was a bit iffy about how quickly everything happened, but meeting the boss and some employees and learning about the job eased my doubts. It was a plus because I wanted to have a job lined up before the move.

Applied online and the process took less than a week. Got a call the very next day to schedule an appointment, which felt a bit too quick. I arrived at their new office space, which they share with other companies, and found out they didn't have AC. I also had to wait over 20 minutes for the interviewer, which was also a bit weird. The interview itself wasn't tough, but they didn't provide much detail about what the job actually involved. When I asked, I found out it was actually a door-to-door sales role.

I applied online and they got back to me. The first interview was in person at a small office, it seemed like they were hiring a lot of people for similar roles. The hiring manager asked me a few basic questions and told me about the company. She didn't really explain the job details much. I was invited back for a second interview which was supposed to be a shadow interview. It ended up being a full day of going around with two sales reps, doing door-to-door sales for small office supplies. It was pretty weird being interviewed from the back of a car. I never heard back after that, which felt a bit rude.
