The interview was split into three main parts. First, a group discussion where candidates were put into groups of three and given a case study to prep and discuss for about 15 minutes before a 5-minute group presentation. Second, after the group discussion, there was a presentation part. Each person got 15 minutes to make a PowerPoint presentation about the case study, designing the slides and pointing out solutions. Third, right after the PowerPoint, we had an interview with the management staff where we answered various questions.

After passing the initial assessment, the first part is an ebasket exam, a Microsoft office skills test (covering PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and an essay writing task. If you pass that, the second stage is at their assessment center. Before heading there, I got an email with 6 topics. I was told to research them all because I'd need to prepare slides and then discuss one of the topics I was given. After the presentation, there's an interview with HR.
