It was all very calm, I stayed relaxed the whole time. The psychologist who interviewed me made me feel comfortable asking questions and expressing my desire to be part of the institution. Some personal questions were asked. The key is to be yourself and everything will work out.
- Why do you want to be a military police officer?
- Do you have any relatives who are police officers?
- What are your expectations of the police force?

The interview is one of the stages for admission, it demands high levels of confidence, verbal fluency, and interpersonal skills. Preparation is undoubtedly the best way to go before your interview day. Think, reflect, and overcome anxiety; this is the path to approval. Remember, the Barro Branco officers' school requires more advanced knowledge/intellect, don't limit yourself to giving half-words and shallow ideas.
- How to lead?
- Think, reflect, and overcome anxiety.

Lots of people fail the psychological evaluation. It might be the selection process with the most failures in Brazil. I went through 4 public notices, and it's amazing to hear candidates who have tried more than 5 times, and the result is always the same.
- Do you fear death?
- Have you used drugs, or associated with drug users?
- What is your biggest fear?

There are two phases. The individual and the collective one. In the individual phase, there's an interview with psychologists. In the collective phase, there are psychological tests. This interview is eliminatory for the selection process. The dates are always notified according to the notice of the competition.
- Questions vary depending on the selection.
