So first there was this interview with HR where they asked about my goals and motivations, and also threw some general problems at me. Then the second interview was about my past accomplishments and what kind of system I'd like to make. They will ask more questions depending on how good they think your concept is. Being "correct" does not matter, they are looking for how you solve problems. Then they filter the candidates. I got shortlisted, but I declined.
- Tell me about yourself
- Why do you want to work here
- Describe your past accomplishments

The process was pretty standard, although they seemed a bit reluctant to share the numbers upfront. They were nice throughout. It involved quite a few exams before getting to the actual interview, which happened pretty late at night.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What about your weaknesses?
- How would you describe yourself in a few words?

The whole thing took a day. It started with an online assessment with two parts. You couldn't do the second part if you failed the first. After passing those, there was an interview on the same day. The person interviewing was pretty relaxed, and honestly, getting the job after that is mostly luck.
- Do you know any programming languages not on your resume?
