Business Analyst
After passing two exams, there are several interview stages. Note that they eliminate some applicants after each exam. The interview phases include: meeting with HR, then with senior business analysts, then with the business analyst manager, and finally a group discussion exam. The first three stages are generally about your personality, and they explore your skills and experiences to see how you'd fit in the company. The last exam tests how you'll perform when the rest of the team is present. This process took a very long time, so long that I had to sign a job offer before it was completed. In a similar job application, the team discussion happened on the same day as the written exams, which was a good way to schedule a few people in the same room. The process was good at the start because you know they choose their employees carefully. However, the turn-off comes from reviews found here and in other forums, and also from stories of friends of friends who worked there.
- When you believe your idea is superior, how do you handle disagreements with others?

So first, there was this exam that was like 4 hours long. If you passed that, you got to talk to HR. That interview was about an hour, and they asked standard HR questions like about strengths, weaknesses, and school projects. About 4 days later, I was supposed to have a technical panel interview, but I already got another offer so I didn't go.
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
Business Analyst
They made us take a 4-5 hour exam without any breaks. They didn't mention the duration beforehand. After that, they contacted us about the interview schedule. They said they'd let us know about the interview the next day, but it took them 2-3 weeks to call. We had no clue about our exam results. Then there was an initial interview, with typical HR questions. It would be more professional if HR informed candidates about their application status, regardless of whether they passed or not, and did it quickly.
- Can you share something about yourself that isn't listed on your resume?
