After applying, I was given an investment memo assignment that included building a three-statement Excel model. Then, there were a few interview rounds. First, I spoke with HR about my background and some fit/behavioral questions. After that, I met with investment professionals for more technical interviews, focusing a lot on pitching investment ideas and handling pushback.

Technical Coding
The interview process involved a phone interview and then a modeling test. The phone interview went well. When I got there for the modeling test, the HR person was running late (I waited about 15 minutes). She led me to a computer in the middle of the office, right next to someone who was talking on the phone constantly while I was taking the test. I finished the test. About half of the test was relevant to my work, and the other half was totally irrelevant. I contacted the recruiter to inform them that due to the overall experience, I was no longer interested in the position.
