Recruiting Coordinator
I had a phone screen and a first round interview with the hiring manager. The questions were normal interview questions but the interviewer was not friendly or personable. I was told they would update me within a week and didn't hear back. I reached out to follow up and was told they didn't make a decision yet but would update me at the end of that week. No update so I followed up again and was told they would update me within a week. They led me on for over a month after each follow up saying they would know by this week. Then finally after 6-7 weeks since my actual interview, emailed me saying they decided to go in a different direction.
- Why do you want to work here?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The hiring process was just okay, it lacked structure and felt like a mess. The recruiter was clearly overloaded with calls, and the conversation felt more like checking boxes than a real discussion. The call with the Lead was more engaging and had some good questions. There was no feedback after the interview, and it was obvious I didn't get the job, but they didn't even send an email.
- Tell me about your recruitment experience.
- Can you discuss your KPIs?
- What motivates you to apply for this role?
Technical Recruiter
So there were 3 stages in total. First, a recruiter call, then I spoke with a Recruiter Lead, and finally with the Manager. I didn't make it past the Manager interview. Overall, it seemed like a good company though!
- What makes you want this job?
- Can you describe your past projects?
