Awesome process, kicked off with some HR screens, then went into a case study, and finished with an interview with an academy coach. My path might have been faster than usual, so I'm not sure if this applies to everyone.

Case Technical

I applied online and had to answer some short essay questions. Then I got a case study about a real company that I had to do (L/S). I waited for two to three weeks after that but didn't advance to the next round. I received the case study about two or three days after completing the online form.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you analyze the L/S case study?
  • How would you estimate peak sales?

Behavioral Case Technical

We started with a behavioral questionnaire, then a case study about accounting and business analysis, then a first round behavioral interview, and finally a technical interview with a coach. It was a fast process, and they really wanted to know about my interest in public markets and my intuition for business quality.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What draws you to long/short investing?
