The interview process was thorough but in a way that felt you informed and not bogged down with too much information. I sincerely appreciated the communication of the recruiting team, and making sure I was aware of what to expect for upcoming interviews. Everyone I spoke to was always kind and professional. Can’t wait to join the team!

It was a long, drawn-out, and disorganized interview process. I had to do a live typing test with a manager watching me, and a math test with a manager watching me too. The first phone call interview was pretty standard. The second interview was also typical. However, the third interview was a 3-hour ordeal with two different parts. If you don't end up getting the job, then you basically just wasted half your day.

I had four interviews for this role. It was more involved than other positions I've applied for, but it felt fair and deliberate. The recruiter was great – they kept me informed, were organized, and let me know what to expect. They even sent over some prep advice before the interviews, which was a nice touch. Everything was on time, professional, and clearly explained. The people I interviewed with were nice, paid attention, and asked good questions. Honestly, compared to other places, I was really impressed with how well they communicated and how open they were about everything. So yeah, while it took some solid prep, the whole thing felt organized, respected my time, and showed they were really serious about hiring.
