Dispatcher
It was a long drawn out process they would not reply to me for months. I finally had to give up trying. They called me about 7 months after I applied.

- Did you have dispatch experience?
Brand Intern
It was a really informative and positive interview process. I learned a lot about the company and gained self-awareness. Initially, I felt nervous, but it got better over time. The interviewers were great, and it's a wonderful company. The sessions were excellent, making it an unforgettable and insightful experience.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Business Development Analyst
It was a long and thorough process, I met with multiple people at multiple levels. The CEO even took the time to meet with me, which I thought was incredible.
- In what ways do you think you can contribute to Point Pickup?
- Can you describe your organizational skills and how you manage tasks?
- How do you adapt to and perform in a very fast-paced work environment?
Analyst
It was pretty relaxed. They asked if I wanted to be in sales, what my ambitions were, and how I thought about the movement of goods. Also asked about my strengths, weaknesses, how I thought I would progress at the company, and the biggest challenges I've faced in life. Overall, it was pretty relaxed, with some more tedious questions that were probed and picked at. The company really wants to make sure that analysts are ready and willing to work in a stressful environment.
- How do you handle yourself in difficult circumstances?
