The first interview was in person and pretty much just talking. We went over my resume, they asked me some personal stuff, and I got a tour of the place and met everyone. It was about an hour long overall.

It was rather simple. I interviewed, fairly informal with the Director of Operations. He asked basic questions pertaining to QC and told me about the company. It was a relaxed and not a stressful interview.

The hiring team was really efficient and communicated well. I had a meeting with a few managers who each offered unique perspectives on the role, work-life balance, and company culture. The people on the team are wonderful, and it seems like they genuinely enjoy their work, especially since they get to work on exciting film projects with great entertainment companies, which makes the potentially tedious post-production tasks more engaging.

The interview process was really thorough and pleasant. I got to meet with the CFO, General Manager, and the Lead IT Manager, who were all incredibly bright and knowledgeable. We discussed the specifics of my previous work experience and my technical abilities. They asked direct and clear questions related to the job, and I did my best to answer them.
