Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at POET.
Intern
It was an in person interview where you get to learn about the job. Fairly non technical questions and easy to answer. Friendly people who seem like they want you to succeed.
- Why do you want to work here?
Intern
The interview process was very organized. It was a bit intimidating because it involved several groups of top executives interviewing back to back. However, the people were very personable and easy to talk to. There were a few behavioral questions that could be tricky.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intern
I got an email about an interview and it was over the phone. They asked the usual questions. It took about 45 minutes and the interviewer was really nice and understood that I'm still in undergrad.
- What do you dislike about your current job?
