I had an initial phone screening with their recruiter. Then, I got a text a few days later to set up an interview with the Director of Customer Support. This interview with the Director was more about my technical skills and previous work history than the job's actual duties. A lot of the questions didn't really seem related to the job I applied for, so it was hard to figure out what they were looking for. After the interview, I got a text from People Ops saying I got the job and giving me a start date. I texted them a bunch asking for the offer letter and background check info, but they never replied. Then, I got a standard rejection email, but they later said the welcome text was a mistake and meant for someone else with the same name. It was a confusing and badly run process, with poor communication between departments, making me wonder how organized they really are.

The interview process started with a phone screening. If I passed that, I would have a video interview with a regional manager. After the phone screening and getting the go-ahead, I was given a date and time for the video interview. Unfortunately, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes, so I had to leave. About 5 minutes after I left, I got an email saying I wasn't moving forward. I called the recruiter to find out why, and they explained that the manager was delayed because he was extending an offer to the previous candidate.
