It was a nice interview process with three separate video calls. I learned a lot about the company, the role, and what they expect. They gave me timely updates after each call and told me the next steps, plus some good feedback.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a 30-minute screening with a recruiter. Then a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager where they asked basic questions about my past experience, how I handle difficult customers, and how I stay organized. They explained the job role and the reason for the opening. They said I was qualified and wanted me to speak with the director. THEN I WAS GHOSTED FOR 3 WEEKS. I followed up multiple times with the recruiter and was ignored. Finally, after many LinkedIn messages to the hiring manager, I was told, 'oh sorry I thought HR told you we found someone else.'

I had a phone screen set up with a confirmation email and automated reminder, but the recruiter never called or got back to me when I followed up by email about the interview status. It's disappointing to see this kind of unprofessionalism from a big global company. Candidates spend a lot of time and effort getting ready for job opportunities, and they deserve basic politeness and clear communication during the process. This whole thing makes me really question the company's culture and how much they value potential employees. I really hope the hiring team can set up better communication steps so candidates aren't left hanging.
