Behavioral

Was not interested. The interviewer seemed distracted, as if not keen on hiring anyone superior to them. They frequently changed the topic and didn't stick to any one subject. The questions asked weren't relevant to procurement, and it felt like they were more focused on showcasing their own expertise.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview was in several steps: HR interview + technical + head of engineering department + psychologist. Nothing insurmountable: stay yourself. The technical level is very important. If you are motivated, don't be afraid.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through Milwaukee jobs. I had a phone screen and then was invited for a 1st interview a couple days later. The first interview went really well and the Hiring Manager gave me positive feedback. I had a second interview about a week and a half later with sales and operations. They told me I would hear back by the end of the week, but I didn't. When I followed up, my calls weren't returned until I eventually got a 'no thank you' email.
