It was a pretty standard interview for a sales job. I had to sell myself, you know, talk about how I hit top numbers in my old jobs and break down my strategy for hitting goals. They're really looking for the go-getters out there. It was tough but a good interview overall.

They interviewed me twice, first with the hiring manager, then with his manager a week later. It was a quick process. They were very direct about the fact that there's no pay if you don't make sales.

I applied online and got a call a few weeks later to set up a phone interview for the next week. The phone interview was pretty standard, just asking me to go over my resume. After that, I had an in-person interview with a manager. Then, they set up a role-play where I had to try and sell a credit card to a customer.
