Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was entirely automated with no human interaction. It involved a one-way interview round followed by a video game assessment that felt like a waste of time. It's evident that this company isn't focused on hiring candidates through personal engagement.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then did a HireVue video interview where I had to record myself answering about 9 situational questions, with 2 attempts for each. It was a bit awkward since I'd never recorded myself before. After that, a recruiter called me for an in-person interview, which was basically answering the same questions from the video. Then I had to wait to see if I got the job. They seem to interview a lot of people, even if you have banking experience and did well. I'm still waiting for a callback. My recruiter was very nice and easy to talk to, so I'm hopeful.
