The first interview was a face-to-face on-campus event where they asked mainly about my teamwork skills and looked for good team players. The second interview was an all-day event with 6 managers who asked resume questions and standard behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time when you had a bad team experience' or 'tell me about a time when you had a heavy load.' They wanted to see how I handle stress and work in a team. I felt I did well and had good conversations. They initially said it would take less than two weeks to hear back, but it ended up taking 5 weeks without any updates. Then I got an email saying they weren't offering me a position, which left me confused as there was no feedback.

There are multiple steps during the interview process. The first screening is with the recruiter, which is very brief and mostly to confirm your level of interest and resume. The second interview is a phone interview with the hiring manager. This interview will give you a more detailed overview of position and team you will be working on. You will also be asked questions related to your knowledge and skills. The third interview is an in person interview with the hiring manager and a panel of team members that you will be working with. This is the last step in the process.

Everyone was really nice and relaxed. I got a call two weeks later with an offer for a business analyst position.
