First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PNB.
Bank Teller
The interview process was fast and communication with HR or the hiring manager was straightforward. The interview focused more on situational questions and inquiries about your motivation to join the company.
- What makes you want to join our company?
- Can you describe your experience with handling different customer scenarios?
- What would you do in a situation where a customer is upset?
Intern
For the PNB internship, there wasn't really an interview. You just had to take a multiple-choice test on words and basic math stuff, which was pretty easy and just part of the application requirements.
- Can you tell me more about the internship specifics?
- Do you have a preferred branch?
- When can you begin your internship?
Bank Teller
The interview process was straightforward. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable and air-conditioned, making it pleasant to wait in professional attire. Applicants were seen for interviews about 30 minutes after arriving.
- Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Benefits
The interview took place over a single day. Initially, I spoke with HR. After lunch, around 2 PM, I returned for subsequent interviews with three managers. They saw me one after another. Since they were quite busy with HR matters, some waiting was involved to speak with them. I left shortly after 5 PM.
- Can you share details about your family?
- Could you describe your school experiences?
- What can you tell me about your on-the-job training?
