First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PMX Industries.
Inside Sales Representative
They really dug deep to see if I was a good fit. I spoke with a few managers. It was a pretty good experience. They asked standard questions, but I made sure to ask my own questions about the company and salary.
- Can you tell me about your computer skills and the programs you are proficient in?
Shift Manager
After an initial phone call, I went through two more interviews. One interview had a mix of middle managers and a night shift Superintendent. I felt that two out of the seven I met with were great, but I noticed the director at the time really lacked personality. This didn't discourage me, though, as I had been laid off and was almost 56 years old. The other interviewers seemed to be just going through the motions, and I could tell they didn't have the skills and knowledge that most middle managers have.
- Could you explain why you resigned from your previous job rather than facing disciplinary action?
Intern
It was pretty casual, a lot less stressful than imagined going into it. My recommendation would be to come in with ideas of how you want to improve the company/ gain a mutually beneficial experience from the whole thing.
- What do you hope to get out of this summer internship?
Production
It was a bit long, with four interviews and three different people involved. Overall, it was an average experience. They asked typical questions, like what I would do in certain scenarios and about my previous jobs.
- Are you familiar with using axiom?
