First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PMMC.
Data Implementation Analyst
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. The first round covered general information about the role and also included some basic technical questions about SQL. The second and third rounds were purely conversational with the Data Manager and the President of the company.
- Can you list as many SQL operators as you can think of?
Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were about 3 or 4 interviews total. First up was HR, then I met with the team lead and some team members. After that, I had an interview with the contract team manager, and the very last interview was with the President of the company.
- What is the typical amount of debt incurred after completing an undergraduate degree?
Implementation Specialist
Had a bunch of phone interviews with current PM staff, directors, and others. Mostly general 'tell me about a time when....' type questions and discussions about background in Health IT and job role expectations.
- Describe a situation where you faced difficulties during an implementation.
Employee
The interview process had 5 stages: first a phone screening, then a behavioral interview, followed by a technical interview with 2-3 other employees who asked relevant questions. Finally, there were two more behavioral interviews. Overall, the people were nice and I liked the process.
