Did an online python technical assessment, then had a live interview where we talked about my code, how it works, and how I could make it better (like time or space complexity). After that, I was flown out for an onsite interview. It was mostly networking with a group system design task. There was a big gap of 3-4 months between the online assessment and the next interview.

you begin by submitting an application, then you do a one-way video interview, a psych assessment, a technical interview, a phone call, and a video interview. after that, you visit the site and do interviews etc on site. Then wait for feedback. The whole thing typically takes about 2 months.

The whole interview process took about 3 weeks. It was nice how fast things moved after the recruiter got back from vacation. First up was a recruiter phone screen. Then I had a call with the hiring manager, who was nice but seemed to be reading from a script. Next was a cool mini power day with two 30-minute calls: one with a solutions lead and engineer, and the other with the head of Data and director of product. Again, the people were nice, but the conversations felt pretty generic. The last interview was a 30-minute call with their head of tech. The recruiter said to just prepare for general PM experience questions, but that wasn't true - I got an MVP case question.

So I got referred by someone who works there, then I sent in my resume and cover letter. Pretty fast, like within days, they sent me an online Excel test to see if I had the right skills for the program. After I passed that, I had to do this online video interview where I answered some questions about the company, how I'd fit with their values, and about projects related to the job. The next step after the Excel test and video interview was a phone call with a recruiter. If I did well, I would have had to do an in-person presentation for a take-home assignment. I didn't get that far, but it was supposed to be about analyzing some data they gave me and then presenting my findings.
