So the job I applied for got changed without them telling me. I went all the way there for the interview, and had a second one. They were surprised when I asked for a salary that was actually good for the market to move to Speyer.

The company’s hiring process could be improved. I was invited for a second interview, but before it took place, I learned that my application was eliminated without a clear reason. The process lacked transparent communication. It would be better if companies finalize internal candidates before posting job advertisements to avoid confusion.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was quite professional. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. It seems to be a young team at this international company, and while German language skills are a plus, they weren't a deal-breaker for me since I wasn't selected. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a decent experience.

After reviewing my application documents, I received an invitation for a first phone call within 2 business days. The invitation for a second in-person meeting was communicated directly during the first meeting. Unfortunately, this second meeting did not take place because they decided to go with another candidate in the meantime.
