We had a group interview with the committee where they asked some set questions. After that, there was a teaching demonstration. Then, I interviewed with the director of the faculty, and subsequently with a member of academic affairs. The day also included a faculty meet and greet, a campus tour, lunch in the cafeteria, and an optional dinner outing. They really wanted to gauge how well I'd fit in.
