Behavioral Case

The first couple of rounds were all about behavioral questions to see how I'd fit in culturally and if my people and problem-solving skills were up to par. They really wanted to know about my past experiences, like how I dealt with tough situations, teamed up with others, and handled disagreements. A big thing was understanding my thinking and if it matched the company values. Then, the third round was case-based, testing my analytical and problem-solving skills with realistic insurance industry scenarios that needed a strategic fix. I had to look at situations, pinpoint problems, and suggest solutions.

Behavioral

The HR department was great, friendly and professional throughout. The recruiter, Patrick, was upfront about the role and responsibilities. The interviews took place over a single day and consisted of four one-hour sessions with people I would work with regularly. This felt like a good way for them to assess my fit for the team and for me to evaluate the company.
