The interview process was very disrespectful and rude. The decision seemed to be based on personal issues related to marriage, and they appear to have preferred candidates already. It might be best to cancel if you have any past issues with anyone working there.

It was a nice interview, I heard the pay is really good and I can’t wait to start. I think they pay weekly, so that’s a win-win.

It was pretty chill. They asked me basic stuff about my work history, if I'm reliable, and accountable. Then we did a factory tour and talked about where I might fit on different production lines. I wore a dress shirt and shoes which was maybe too much. Pay isn't really up for debate when you're starting out, but it goes up as you move to different spots on the line. Benefits are kinda pricey and don't offer much.

The process was brief. There was an orientation that felt long but was manageable. The employees and management are great people. The benefits and incentive programs are good too. The women there really knew their stuff and were knowledgeable and answered questions easily. I felt comfortable there.
