Applying online through PLUS was straightforward and didn't require a CV, which felt like a waste of time. I applied for a part-time role, but they asked if I could work full-time. When I explained that family responsibilities prevented this, they asked about my limitations. I answered honestly, stating my condition wouldn't affect my performance in a supermarket, but I had a bad feeling about the question. Looking back, that feeling was justified as employers are not allowed to inquire about medical history or limitations, regardless of the reason for part-time work. This line of questioning felt like a red flag.

Overall, it went well, even though I wasn't hired. The conversation was pleasant, both personally and professionally. It wasn't a Q&A but a real conversation, which made me feel comfortable. There were no awkward silences.
