Data Analyst
The interview process had basic SQL questions and some behavioural questions about past experience. There was also a schema design round where I had to discuss how I would structure database tables, define relationships, and design a scalable data model for a given problem.
- Questions about basic SQL joins and window functions.
- Questions about past experiences.
Software Development Engineer
It's a 3 round interview process: first a DSA round, then a technical problem-solving round, and finally a culture fit HR round. Each round is an hour long, and it's a rigorous and lengthy process. They might discontinue if the candidate isn't right.
- Code a problem from a provided PDF.
Chief Information Officer
The people were nice and seemed to care about the business and each other. However, the recruitment process itself wasn't well-planned or organized. They flew me in twice. During the second interview, they wanted me to meet with someone who wasn't even there. It wasn't a particularly memorable personal experience, and the group felt very internally focused.
- Tell me about a time your wife told you to shut up.
- When did you last hurt someone's feelings?
- When in conflict, what percentage of the problem do you attribute to yourself?
Nursing Home Administrator
I applied online for a job in Carlsbad, CA. A recruiter named Brian contacted me a few days later to schedule a phone interview. He took 4 days to get back to me about when he could interview. When the scheduled time came, he didn't call. I left him a voicemail and sent an email letting him know he missed our interview. He then emailed me back and rescheduled for later that day. When that time came, he missed me again. I sent another voicemail and email saying he missed me again, and I never heard back from him after that.
- When are you available?
