The hiring process was super easy, almost like they'd hire anyone with a pulse. Standards seemed low, but the prices were high. I got hired right away with no server experience, and the training wasn't great. They talked up their trainers but I didn't see it, working over 50 hours a week and noticing a lot. Their system seems built to make owners the most money by cycling through employees. They're really good at the business side. But for employees, it's tough. Shouting out YESSI in Round Rock, no idea how she got the job but she figured it out and could be a way to move up. She worked 4 days straight, 10 hours each, which was rough. I worked 73 hours and she called me crazy. It's not worth the extra hours with bad management. If you show up and have a heartbeat, they'll hire you. Even better if you sell weed to managers, they liked that from what I saw. Could be a good entry-level food service job, but the training is lacking. I was told multiple times I was going above and beyond. Make sure if they promise PLUCKER bucks, you get them immediately, otherwise you won't. Heard if you're not a girl, you don't get them. Anthony promised me $15/day in Pluckers bucks for extra work, never saw a dime. This was at the Round Rock location from August-Dec 2024. America seems on point and has her stuff together. Michelle is trying but it's like bailing water from a sinking ship. Just my observations, take 'em how you want.

Applied online and got a response within an hour to schedule an interview two days later. The job interview was basic with questions on what to do if a customer was upset, your skills/values/ethics, and explaining your experience. I got hired on the spot and started working there a week later.

This interview was very strange. None of the questions were about my experience, skills, knowledge, or the food industry. They asked odd questions like, 'Which position are you applying for?', which I found odd since I already applied. They also asked about my personal experience with pluckers, which I don't see how it's relevant. It felt like the interview was more about my appearance than my qualifications, despite my over three decades in food service. I'm overqualified. They said thanks, but I'm not moving forward. I guess you need to be a Hollywood actress to get a job here.

Applied last week and got a call back a couple days later. Interviewed yesterday and was told I'd hear back that evening. I didn't get a call, so I called today and they said they didn't have anything available but would keep my application on hold for up to 60 days. The interview was super casual, I felt a little overdressed. The manager was nice, but kept apologizing for the wait. It is what it is. Kind of bummed about not getting a job offer, but I heard some employees say this is the worst job ever. Didn't seem that bad to me though. Thanks for the chance, Pluckers!
