IT Support Engineer
It was a very chill first two rounds before a hot seat style interview. Then a technical interview before your final interview with your technical manager.
- What book do you like the most?
Data Engineer
My interview process was amazing. There were 4 rounds in total. First round would be with the HM, and the next two rounds would be with a technical team member. They look at your knowledge and your personality as well. The final round was to check if you fit into their culture.
- Could you describe your experience with ETL and ELT processes?
IT Consultant
I applied and immediately got a call back from a consultant to schedule a Zoom screen for the next day. It seemed to go well, and they suggested I reapply for future openings if I didn’t get further this time. Surprisingly, I was contacted later that day to set up a Zoom with the hiring manager for the following week. Despite some initial technical issues with Wi-Fi while I was out of town, the interview with the hiring manager went for over an hour. I felt it was decent, and the interview was professional yet casual, which I enjoyed. The next step was supposed to be a technical interview, but a few days later, I was informed I wouldn't be moving forward. I appreciated being notified promptly rather than being ghosted. I inquired about feedback but received a standard legal response. Overall, it was a positive experience, even without an offer.
- Would you be willing to do hands-on, less glamorous tasks?
IT Administrator
I had a few really good interviews and honestly thought this would be a great place to work. I made it all the way to the final stages and was pretty sure I'd get an offer. But in the end, they told me to reach out again in the future because they couldn't extend an offer. I tried contacting them a few times after that, but never heard back. They're hiring again now, but I haven't felt comfortable reapplying because they just kind of disappeared.
- Can you discuss challenges and resolutions related to Managed Service Providers (MSPs)?
