I interviewed on campus. It was mostly a behavioral interview, but they did get a bit technical towards the end. The interviewer was super friendly and made it easy to talk to. Honestly, at times it felt like a regular conversation rather than an interview, which really helped ease the tension.

I had a phone screen that was more of a casual chat about my background than a real technical test. Then I went in for an in-person interview the following week, but honestly, the whole setup wasn't that great. One of the interviewers was constantly on his cell phone. Lots of the people I met were pretty nice and seemed to have a good balance of personality and technical skills. The person who seemed to be the lead engineer came off as a bit arrogant and seemed easily distracted, jumping from topic to topic. The questions from the director and management didn't even line up with the job description I was given, which was unexpected. The interview lasted the entire day with no breaks except for lunch, and it got pretty draining. I left feeling like they weren't into me, and I wasn't into them either. It was a shame to use a vacation day for it.
