So I had this interview at a career fair, it was on-site, and they just asked me behavioral questions. The person interviewing me was a recruiter with a business degree, not an engineer. Then, I had a follow-up interview over Skype with about 3-4 engineers from the design team in Boulder. This one was a mix of technical and behavioral stuff, about half and half. I heard that for full-time jobs, people have to do another on-site interview in Boulder after the Skype one. I didn't get an offer, but Plexus was nice enough to let me know pretty quickly, like two weeks, that they were going with other candidates.

Started with an HR phone screen, then a technical phone screen with an engineer where they asked some technical questions. After that, I had an on-site interview which included a presentation to a group of engineers where I had to sell myself. There were also technical interviews focusing on analog and digital electronics, which were quite tough. I also spoke with HR, the direct manager, and a director. Finally, I had lunch with potential future colleagues. This was followed by a background check and then an offer.

They ask a lot of technical questions after getting to know you, so make sure you're ready for that. I was prepared for questions about op-amps, but they didn't ask me any about them when I interviewed.
