Process Technician
Before the interviews, I chatted with the Talent Acquisition Team to get ready for the virtual interviews. They gave me the schedule and told me who I would meet. Then, I had 3 separate zoom meetings (about 30 minutes each) with people from the team. After the interviews, I had one last meeting with the Talent Acquisition Team to go over what's next.

Lab Technician
The interview process had three parts: first, a 30-minute call with a recruiter, then a 30-minute call with the potential manager, and finally, a 2-hour in-person panel interview with four senior staff members.
- Tell me about your experience working with plants.
- Can you describe a time you had to handle conflict?
- How do you cope with constant changes?
Lab Technician
The interview process has three stages, with one week between each stage. First, there was a 30-minute phone interview with a recruiter. Then, a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally, a 2.5-hour Zoom interview with the hiring team. The hiring team was super nice and really seemed to love what they do. HR kept me in the loop and was upfront about everything. I'm waiting to hear back about their decision.
- Can you share an instance where you had to work in a fast-paced setting? Describe how you managed it.
