Process Engineer
I had a 45 minute conversation with a recruiter named Dan, who was a nice guy. Unfortunately, I applied too late, so I didn't move forward in the interview process.
- What makes you want to look for a new job?
Manufacturing Engineer
It was pretty straightforward— a tech recruiter call, then a hiring manager chat, followed by an on-site interview with 5 folks, and a presentation. The whole thing was pretty chill and pleasant— the HR team was really accommodating, and while the interview was challenging, there were no unexpected tricks.
- Could you describe how you'd approach solving a specific engineering problem relevant to this role?
- What suggestions do you have for enhancing our existing system?
Manufacturing Engineer
Standard interview process for tech startups: a couple phone screens and then a half-day interview with a presentation and breakout sessions. The entire interview process was done over Zoom. The interview process was very orderly - I received a schedule what to expect in each interview.
- How would you approach problem-solving when faced with unclear situations?
