HR reached out to me on Monday after I applied via Indeed. We had a 15-minute screening call on Wednesday which went well. Then I had to complete a PI behavioral assessment and had an interview with the CMO the very next day. The CMO interview was a 60-minute discussion, quite engaging and positive, with a bunch of questions. They were hiring urgently so I thought I'd hear back quickly about the next round after the weekend, but I was ghosted. I sent a couple of follow-up emails but got no response at all. It's upsetting and disappointing because I just wanted a yes or no.

Submitted my resume and got a response within two weeks. I had a total of three interviews. The first one was with the hiring manager, who actually thought I'd be a good fit for a different role, so I ended up meeting with both the hiring manager and the operations manager. Then, just two days later, I had my second interview, which was to meet the Executive of the Jacksonville branch.

The interview process was fair and timely, offering a positive learning experience. I enjoyed speaking with the managers and gaining insights into the position and their experiences. I'd recommend this interview to anyone interested. I felt fulfilled and intrigued after it was over.

I got a referral and was called in about a month later for two interviews. The interviewers were all managers, forming a panel. Despite the relaxed atmosphere and some off-topic discussions that actually helped build rapport, I think it contributed to me getting the job offer.
