Interviewed for the Superintendent role in the New York office. It was the second interview and I was hired. The process was quick and painless. The general foreman is a good and respectable super. I felt like I already answered this question, it kept prompting me to write more.

I had an initial meeting with a VP for the superintendent role. He was really friendly and easy to talk to. We talked about my experience and the projects I've managed. The interesting part was when he asked for additional references, specifically from subcontractors I've worked with before, so be ready for that. I got a callback about 3 weeks later for a second interview, but I turned it down because I had another offer.

I applied to Plaza Construction through an employee referral and had a single 1-on-1 chat with the Operations Manager. The interview felt pretty relaxed, mostly standard questions, and they shared some background on the company's history and work culture. I got the job offer the very same day over the phone.
