First, we'll have a quick chat about your background. Then, you'll tackle some questions about how you'd handle different customer service scenarios. After that, there's a basic skills test covering Salesforce, your typing speed, and your ability to write a professional letter or email. Finally, we'll go over your past jobs and talk about what went well and what didn't at those places.

I had an initial phone chat with HR, then I had to fill out some paperwork before the real interview. The interview itself involved meeting with HR first, then a one-on-one with the department manager, and then I had a skills test. The skills test was a written quiz and a computer aptitude test.

It started with an HR phone screen, then they had me do three back-to-back 45-minute interviews the same day with developers and the hiring manager. They really emphasized the need for technical knowledge and understanding. Experience with Agile SDLC is a plus. The office environment was business casual and the offices in Redmond were really laid back and cool. The hiring manager seemed to change their mind about the role and even altered the job description.

The interview process involved an initial phone call, followed by an in-person meeting. It was a welcoming environment. I met with the manager and we discussed team goals, their past experiences, and my previous work history. The conversation was concise and direct. We reconnected later to address some follow-up questions.
